This is how we made lime juice (Limeade) on the islands. Its so simple and refreshing. The key is to add a few dashes Angostura Bitters which is made on the island of Trinidad and Tobago and is usually added to a variety of drinks and cocktails. It is made of a wonderful blend of herbs and spices that can complement the main ingredients in any drink. Pack a glass with ice and drink this refreshing beverage on a hot summer evening. Perfection!!!

5 cups of water
1 1/2 cups of sugar (or sweeten to taste)
